OVERVIEW

Our studio tries to keep overhead costs to a minimum to help keep our prices low. We send small items like stickers in standard letter envelopes, and we use USPS flat rate boxes and rigid envelopes to ship framed and unframed prints and original artwork whenever possible. Shipping for larger original artwork will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

What shipping methods do you offer?

Shipping method varies depending on the product. We offer digital delivery via email for digital download products. We offer ground shipping in a standard envelope via USPS for stickers, and priority mail via USPS for framed and unframed art including prints. At some times of the year, christina balch studio offers curbside pickup for physical product purchases. This only occurs 2-3 times a year during events.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the 48 continental United States at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Can you ship a product overnight?

No, we do not offer overnight shipping. We only offer standard ground shipping via USPS.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Rarely, we offer curbside pickup during events like open studios and clearance sales. There will be a note on the shop page when curbside pickup is available.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

DELIVERY POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

What are digital products?

Digital products include digital images such as jpegs or other image file types, ebooks, audio files, software such as a website template, and plugins. Any product sold by christina balch studio that is not a physical product is considered a digital product by christina balch studio.

How are digital products delivered to a customer?

When a customer purchases a digital product, they're sent a download link to the email address provided. The link expires 24 hours after the purchase. If a customer clicks an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

Can I return or get a refund for a digital product?

Due to the nature of digital products, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

What if I don’t receive my digital product or I have an issue with my digital product?

Please contact christina balch studio via the contact form on our website within 7 days of purchase to resolve any issues with the digital delivery of your digital product. After 7 days, we cannot guarantee resolution.
